Your Opportunity
Primero is currently seeking an experienced and suitable candidate for a Site Administrator – Lead to join the Primero team as the Functional Manager for all of Primero’s Site Admin’s across our diverse business.
Reporting into the GM – Project Controls, you will be responsible for overseeing the Site Administration staff within Primero from a Functional level, providing support to various projects across multiple departments. Like any Site Admin role, this role will be the glue between multiple Support Functions within the business, building strong relationships across Primero and ensuring our Projects run smoothly.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide training, and ongoing support for new site administrators to ensure consistency in processes and adherence to company standards
* Assist with administrative setup for new projects, including systems configuration, document templates, and procedural guidance
* Offer day-to-day systems support for field admin teams, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operation of administrative tasks
* Act as a central support resource for project sites that are lacking admin personnel, providing temporary coverage and coordination
* Collaborate with project managers, Construction Managers, and corporate departments to ensure administrative needs are met across all sites
* Maintain and continuously improve admin processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and best practices are upheld company wide
* Support the Manager of Construction and Operations Managers with administrative tasks such as site visits, Rosters and reporting
What You ‘Can Do’
* Demonstrated experience in a similar position, within the construction or resources industries
* Ability to demonstrate strong relationship building and networking skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven track record in a similar role
* Proficient with modern IT applications including Microsoft Excel, Work and Outlook.
* Prior experience using RapidCrews (Essential)
