Your Opportunity

Location: Osborne Park, WA

Type: 6-Month Contract

Are you passionate about creating impactful, engaging safety training? At Primero, we’re seeking a creative and knowledgeable HSE Training Content Creator to develop high-quality internal training materials, with a strong focus on e-learning, that empower our teams and reinforce a strong safety culture.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop engaging internal HSE training materials, with a strong focus on digital and e-learning content.

* Translate complex WHS legislation and safety requirements into clear, learner-friendly formats.

* Create a range of training resources including e-learning modules, presentations, toolbox talks, instructional videos, and interactive workshops.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.

What You ‘Can Do’

* Solid understanding of HSE principles and Australian WHS legislation.

* Experience in developing training content, especially e-learning and digital training.

* Ability to simplify technical safety concepts for a broad internal audience.

* Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar).

* A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for making safety training engaging and effective.
