Your Opportunity
The role of Training Administrator will see you play an integral part in our Learning & Development Team, assisting our L&D Team and Training & Compliance team in their day to day duties.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Providing daily administrative support to the L&D Team.
- Manage the administration of all L&D systems and processes, including the development and maintenance of training material and records
- Assist the L&D Team in the coordination of the Graduate, Apprentice and Traineeship programs
- Ensure Training compliance of New and Existing staff across the Business.
- Assist in L&D reporting, including monitoring the effectiveness of external training courses.
- Participate in career days and industry events as required
What You ‘Can Do’
- 2+ years Administration experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including excel.
- Strong organisational skills, persistence and time management coupled with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A personalised customer service approach applying it to your colleagues and candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team focused approach, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment.
