Your Opportunity

Liaise, track and expedite goods and materials such vendor equipment, consumables, tooling deliveries to site.

Location: Osborne Park, office will be moving into the CBD in 3Q

Your Key Responsibilities

* Expedite vendor data from vendors

* Expedite vendor progress throughout fabrication

* Expedite delivery of goods

* Support Project Engineers in all expediting matters. 

* Assist with Final release inspections.

* Liaise with freight providers and site logistics team in relation shipping matters.

* Manage/update master shipping register

* Support deliveries of oversized/overlength goods to site.

* Reporting of deliveries

What You ‘Can Do’

Skills and qualifications that are essential to the role

* General knowledge of equipment, tools, consumables typically used in construction of process plant

* Understanding of shipping transport envelops and overlength/oversize requirements

* Ability to liaise with freight forwarders for pricing, delivery updates and any issues. 

* Forecast any shipping and delivery risks and advise/mitigate accordingly. 

* Excel/ Word - Training on materials tracking software to be provided by Primero.
