Your Opportunity
Primero has an exciting opportunity for an HSE Administrator to join our dynamic Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team. In this key role, you will support the delivery of a safe and environmentally responsible workplace, working closely with the project team to ensure HSE standards are upheld throughout the construction phase.
The role is based at our desalination plant construction project located within the existing Dampier Port operations, just 20 minutes from Karratha.
Roster: 2:1
Your Key Responsibilities
* Set up and manage HSE Files and folder structures, maintaining discipline with record management and remove or archive duplications or obsolete files. Follow up on missing entries, (e.g. minutes, attendance registers, crane lift studies)
* Prepare, collate, obtain information for Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.
* Prepare HSE meeting agendas, take minutes, maintain records.
* Entering data into databases/programs.
* Developing Site Notices after being given the salient points.
* Manage and maintain HSE registers
* Produce KPI participation reports.
What You ‘Can Do’
* Demonstrated experience in a similar position, within the construction or resources industries
* Ability to demonstrate strong relationship building and networking skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient with modern IT applications including Microsoft Excel, Work and Outlook.
