Your Opportunity
We are looking for a Site Administrator to join our newly awarded project on a 2:1 roster
Reporting into the Site Manager, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of general administrative services, including data entry, document control, personnel movements inclusive of training, leave, labour hire and shutdown support staff to ensure continued smooth running of the project.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Perform daily administrative activities on the project site.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
* Assist the recruitment team with onboarding of new site personnel.
* Manage workforce planner, organise travel arrangements and accommodations for site staff.
* Maintain and manage inventory of office supplies and site equipment.
* Support payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
* Act as a liaison between on-site teams and other departments.
* Support health and safety personnel with KPI’s and maintaining compliance.
* Address client (EPCM) inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Contribute to process improvements and support the implementation of best practices.
What You ‘Can Do’
* Demonstrated experience in a similar position, within the construction or resources industries
* Ability to demonstrate strong relationship building and networking skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven track record in a similar role
* Proficient with modern IT applications including Microsoft Excel, Work and Outlook.
* Prior experience using INX, Workflow or RapidCrews (Preferred)
