Your Opportunity
Primero is seeking a Site Services Supervisor to join our team for a $1 billion EPC Greenfields & Brownfields upgrade of a Gold Processing Plant in Kalgoorlie. This is a long-term project operating on a 2:1 roster.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all site services and asset management functions across the project. This role combines the operational responsibilities of facilities, services, and amenities management with the accountability of plant and equipment supervision. The position ensures effective service delivery, compliance, and asset utilisation to support our construction, logistics, and maintenance operations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site services operations including facilities, crib huts, ablutions, water supply, waste management, and general amenities.
- Oversee bus scheduling, accommodation liaison, and workforce logistics.
- Maintain oversight of all project light vehicles, plant, and equipment (P&E) such as Frannas, forklifts, telehandlers, generators, and service trucks.
- Manage equipment hire, mobilisation/demobilisation, inspections, and transport coordination.
- Maintain detailed service, inspection, and calibration records.
- Lead and develop a team of asset coordinators, mechanics, and service personnel.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and participate in incident reviews and toolbox meetings.
- Maintain accurate trackers for service requests, equipment utilisation, maintenance, and compliance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on asset performance and outstanding actions.
What You ‘Can Do’
- Exposure to EPC environments is preferred.
- Unwavering commitment to a safety and team first approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Trade, technical, or supervisory background in construction, logistics, or maintenance.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a remote or industrial project environment.
- Strong understanding of asset management systems and compliance frameworks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and enterprise systems such as JDE or SMCS.
- OSH Construction Industry White/Blue Card (Mandatory).
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug and Alcohol Screen and National Police Clearance
- Excellent planning, organisation, and prioritisation abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
